About the role
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned agencies as a strategic partner
- Proactively advise clients on leveraging our digital advertising solutions
- Ensure excellent client service and provide ongoing account support
- Develop and implement tailored client strategies with clear KPIs and revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and execute upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth
- Manage a robust opportunity pipeline, including accurate reporting and forecasting for management
- Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client needs
- Continuously maintain and update CRM data
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client service within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client advising and collaboration with internal teams
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- A strong analytical, data-driven mindset to derive strategic insights
- Experience or a strong interest in business development and the strategic growth of client relationships
