About the role
- Own the Strategy: Take ownership of the Fahrtenbuch strategy, refining and driving it forward to create customer and business value through data, compliance workflows, and customer-focused improvements.
- Lead Discovery with a Customer-Centric Approach: Partner closely with customers and stakeholders to uncover needs, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into concepts and clear problem statements that guide solution development.
- Drive Roadmap and Prioritization: Translate business objectives into clear initiatives and OKRs, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial impact.
- Define and Measure Product Success: Establish success metrics, ensure proper instrumentation, analyze product performance, and communicate insights and results transparently to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Influence and Align Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support to align product direction, enable effective go-to-market, and turn vision into results.
Requirements
- Domain Expertise: Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Product Leadership: Multiple years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of growing into a strategic product leader.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Built and shaped products across discovery, strategy, and delivery – defining business value and ensuring measurable outcomes
- Customer Obsession: Skilled in engaging with users, uncovering pain points, and turning insights into intuitive, high-impact product experiences
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Confident in working with data sources, defining success metrics, partnering with analytics teams, and using quantitative insights to steer decisions and align teams
- Strategic & Hands-On Balance: Able to operate at a high strategic level while staying practical and involved in day-to-day discovery and delivery work
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Thrive when partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams – communicating clearly and driving impact through alignment
- Language Expertise: Business fluent in German and English (C1+)
