Content Marketing Manager

• Oversee end-to-end production of all creative projects across digital, print, motion, and web design.
• Forecast and prioritize creative resource needs in order to plan production and delivery timelines, as well as make recommendations on staffing and budget needs.
• Evolve operational processes for creative production, workflows, and best practices to improve visibility, efficiency, and ensure brand excellence.
• Coordinate the delivery of Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing needs for key initiatives, including brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Manage publishing for Shift’s external content hub, maintaining standards and best practices to ensure consistency and brand adherence.
• Lead content planning sessions, coordinating global marketing teams across Field, Product, and Brand Marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on content performance across discovery channels, including organic search and GenAI referral traffic, documenting best practices and making recommendations to enhance impact.
• Serve as day-to-day lead for a large-scale website redesign project, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.
