Account Manager

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories and industries
• Manage existing accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Conduct regular site visits and account reviews to maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, estimates, and technical presentations
• Partner closely with engineering and operations teams to align customer needs with Shermco’s service capabilities
• Represent Shermco at trade shows, conferences, and customer training events
• Track all sales activity, opportunities, and communications in CRM
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing, contract terms, and issue resolution
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide consultative insights
