Project Manager

• Manage and review subcontractor and vendor contracts prior to execution
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and technical documents
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including turf installation and punch lists
• Schedule and sequence mobilizations, deliveries, and installation activities
• Ensure construction execution complies with plans, specifications, and Shaw standards
• Conduct site surveys, job walks, and pre-bid/pre-construction meetings
• Provide weekly forecasts, production reports, and project updates
• Manage project closeout
• Enforce safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
• Serve as the regional customer service liaison
• Provide maintenance training and hand-off at project completion
• Monitor scope changes, identify revenue opportunities
• Support estimating efforts
• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with subcontractors
