About the role
- Acquire new customers in bluesign’s current core industries Outdoor and Active Sportswear in the Territory
- Acquire new customers in the new industries Denim, Professional Wear, Promotional Apparel and Footwear in the Territory
- Focus lies on the acquisition of brands and retailers, but also on Garment Manufacturers/Assemblers, Material Manufacturers and Chemical Suppliers.
- Work together with Brand Services to create initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Execute targeted market penetration strategies to elevate bluesign’s presence and adoption within the territory.
- Keep good relations to Marketing, Brand Services and other divisions / departments
- Manage workload
- Manage personal responsibilities and assignment
- Manage trainings and qualifications individually
- Establish the bluesign system and services in the target segments together with the bluesign organization (especially with CRM colleagues, Brand Services team and Marketing team)
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, competitor activities, and market trends within the territory.
- Meet or exceed objectives outlined in the mid-range plan and annual budgets, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Uphold and implement company standards, ensuring quality and consistency in all sales and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Established and profound network in textile brand world (+10 years brand experience)
- Profound knowledge in textile supply chain (Product Design, Development, Sourcing, Materials, Quality/Sustainability Experience)
- Experience with multi-stakeholder initiatives (textile-, NGOs and sustainability organizations within the textile supply chain)
- Profound knowledge in textile processing and manufacturing chain
- Selling experience and meeting budget line
- National/International travel experience
- Excellent people skills and eloquent networker
- Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Organizational skills and high level of independency
- Solution oriented
- Additional language skill of advantage
