About the role
- Acts as the main point of contact/client services representative for a dedicated list of clients
- Aids the client with all aspects of project setup, including the initial quote and invoicing
- Fosters collaborative relationships with the client, laboratory operations, and sales team
- Ensures all aspects of the project are carried out in the best interest of the client
- Keeps all accounts project managed and up to date
- Monitors project status and provides regular updates to the client and team
- Understands all applicable aspects of the client project, including rationale and regulations
- Reviews project data and invoicing for accuracy
Requirements
- Associates' degree or equivalent industry experience
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service
- Advanced oral and written communications skills
- Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift/carry/push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs on an occasional basis
