Requirements

At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer service role or in administrative work
Or a candidate with a diploma in marketing, executive secretarial studies, languages, etc.
Oral and written English required
Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Outlook, Word and Excel)
Strong written communication with accurate spelling
Good organizational skills
Flexible
Good communication skills; comfortable liaising with other departments and/or clients
