About the role

  • Lead business growth by identifying strategic opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Build and nurture key relationships in the (bio)pharma industry.
  • Negotiate and close deals that deliver value to both SGS and our clients.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
  • Maintain and expand our CRM database to support business intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
  • Solid experience in Clinical Research, CRO, or related fields.
  • Proven track record: 5+ years in sales or business development in Life Sciences.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical drug development process.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit, a friendly approach, and a commitment to making a difference.
