• Provide accurate screening, identification, evaluation, and assessment, for individuals who present gambling issues
• Facilitate appropriate and necessary referrals to community resources, including referrals to gambling affiliate providers, mental health, Case Management, PRP services, Community resources and substance abuse providers, as needed
• Maintain case records, assuring that documentation is available, accurate and in compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Conduct all services and job-related functions in a manner consistent with applicable professional and ethical standards
• Stay abreast of new information related to services provided
