About the role

  • Assist in researching potential clients and industries to build prospect lists
  • Support the team in generating leads through email campaigns, calls, and social media outreach
  • Help schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
  • Learn and apply key sales techniques, including objection handling and value-based selling
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports on assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Eagerness to learn about sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
