About the role
- Assist in researching potential clients and industries to build prospect lists
- Support the team in generating leads through email campaigns, calls, and social media outreach
- Help schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools
- Learn and apply key sales techniques, including objection handling and value-based selling
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver progress reports on assigned tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Eagerness to learn about sales strategies and customer relationship management
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
