Requirements
4 years hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
4 years demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
4 years experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
4 years experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar.
Experience implementing usability testing, responsive design, and SEO optimization strategies.
Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces for systems incorporating Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, with focus on explainable AI (XAI) and human-AI interaction principles.
