💰 $160,000 - $170,000 per year
About the role
- Overseeing a specific region in the U.S., including market and property analysis, contract negotiation, client relationship and communication, entity and license management and other tasks related to new business procurement.
- Build a dynamic pipeline of third-party management accounts and owners
- Conduct market research to identify areas of opportunity and target markets
- In connection with our Investment Analysis team, lead efforts in underwriting, structuring and negotiating third party management deals
- Assist in the development of pitch and marketing materials to successfully engage potential owners
- Assist in developing a business development process to optimize and accelerate growth
- Assist with overseeing transition of new business to operations
- Primarily responsible for assisting with the new business development process by overseeing a specific region in the U.S.

- Ideal candidate would be able to travel 25%, or as needed
- Candidate backgrounds may include business development and transactional experience with real estate brokers, owners and operators / managers
- Deep understanding of multifamily ownership considerations, real estate operations and an established track record of securing and negotiating third-party management relationships
- Ability to build out a robust third party business development process to include sales and account management capabilities
- Existing relationships with real estate brokers, owners, and operators / managers, preferably in the West Region of the U.S
