About the role

  • Sentinel is seeking internship candidates looking to gain hands on experience working with our Help Desk team
  • You will spend your summer working with Sentinel’s top engineers shadowing and training to build your skills in technical competencies and customer relations
  • You will have the opportunity to learn some of the most innovative technologies
  • This internship program is designed to take your knowledge from classroom knowledge and skills into hands on practical implementation
  • At the end of the internship you will be reviewed by our internal hiring managers for an opportunity to receive a job offer for future employment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Major in Computer or Network Engineering or related field
  • Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and/or network security is helpful but not required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with our internal teams and our clients
  • Experience working in customer service or customer facing environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
