Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in a customer focused environment
- A commercial mindset: you enjoy reaching targets and doing whatever it takes to help your team reach the goals.
- A strong sense of ownership: you take initiative, embrace challenges, and approach obstacles with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills: you are confident in giving constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations when needed.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
