  • A strong sense of ownership: you take initiative, embrace challenges, and approach obstacles with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills: you are confident in giving constructive feedback and handling difficult conversations when needed.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
