About the role
- Own an end-to-end product line including vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch
- Define and prioritize product features and releases
- Partner with UX/UI designers and conduct user interviews
- Conduct thorough market research and customer feedback analysis
- Monitor product performance post-launch
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, and other teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in product management for SaaS B2B products
- 4 years leading a team
- Proven success in leading end-to-end product management
- Skilled at leveraging technical expertise to align product strategies
- Experience in AI-powered products
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features
- Experience across at least two SaaS startups
- Deep ability to understand and empathize with users
- Expertise in creating impactful, user-focused solutions
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
