About the role
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams spanning different time zones and geographies
- Lead organization-wide accessibility improvement programs, ensuring WCAG compliance and inclusive design practices
- Build relationships across engineering, product, security, and business teams to align on priorities and remove blockers
- Facilitate technical decision-making and drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities
- Communicate program status, risks, and wins to executive leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of technical program/project management experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking engineering metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
