Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with Firm policies and accounting standards
• Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts transactions
• Reconcile the Firm’s credit card transactions for posting to the general ledger
