About the role
- Coordinate and deliver enablement programs, including planning live and virtual sessions.
- Support logistics: scheduling, calendar invites, presenter coordination, and follow-ups.
- Track attendance and participant feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Seismic, Zoom, Outlook).
- Support new hire onboarding: coordinate sessions, track attendance, act as point of contact, and co-host onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate enablement for product releases: update training materials, ensure accessibility, track completion, and share readiness insights.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Program Coordination, Learning & Development, or a similar function.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail and audience awareness.
- Familiarity with tools like Seismic, Microsoft, Zoom, and Slack is a plus.
- Willingness to occasionally attend early morning or evening meetings to align with U.S. time zones as needed.
