About the role

  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process – from clarifying requirements to signing the contract
  • Active Sourcing: targeted direct approach to candidates via social networks, databases and other channels
  • Development and implementation of creative search strategies for skilled-trade, technical and commercial positions
  • Close collaboration with departments and hiring managers, including advisory support
  • Maintenance of our applicant tracking system and reporting of relevant KPIs
  • Support for employer branding activities, job fairs and networking events

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in (online) recruiting, active sourcing and direct candidate approach for specialists and managers
  • Ideally experience in the construction industry, trades or an industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills, structured and down-to-earth — hands-on attitude
  • Confident use of digital recruiting tools, job boards and social networks
  • Highly results-oriented with experience producing reports to derive actionable recommendations
