About the role
- Configure and evolve the Salesforce platform;
- Custom objects and relationships;
- Flows and advanced automations;
- Validation rules;
- Security assignments (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles);
- Page layouts, record types and Lightning App Builder;
- Advanced reports and dashboards;
- Perform functional troubleshooting and provide support to internal teams;
- Support developers with functional specifications and technical validation.
Requirements
- Solid, proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in advanced Flows (subflows, invocations, decisions, collections).
- Experience in advanced configuration of objects, fields, permissions and automations.
- Experience with customized reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of integrations following best practices (even if not performing development).
- Ability to work autonomously and be delivery-oriented.
- Knowledge of CPQ solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Consultant).
