About the role
- You manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing to implementation (training) of our digital rotation planning solution
- You proactively initiate conversations with potential prospects
- You organize customer events and customer videos together with the marketing team, demonstrate features or new developments, and increase user success. You are responsible for ensuring the customer achieves the highest possible success with our tool
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to clarify professional, methodological, and technical issues
- You have a clear understanding of customer expectations and develop new product ideas with customers, which you share with the team
- A basic understanding of technical matters, IT applications, and cloud-based software systems, as well as analytical skills
- Experience working in healthcare and knowledge of key stakeholders and communication in healthcare are advantageous
