About the role
- Support the HR team (Payroll, Recruiting, Learning & Development) with administrative and organizational tasks
- Assist in creating and managing HR documents – from employment contracts to exit paperwork
- Manage and maintain applicant and employee data
- General organizational/coordination duties such as preparing and following up on meetings and trainings, creating reports, presentations, reportings, data preparation, etc.
- Act as a liaison to internal departments and external partners
- Contribute to HR projects and assume a system administrator role for our HR software
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (apprenticeship or Matura/secondary school leaving certificate)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of employment law and experience with payroll processing are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team-oriented, communicative and responsible personality
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong commitment and a hands-on mentality
