About the role
- Design and manage programs for training, talent development, and succession planning
- Advise all employees on development issues and support change processes
- Implement modern learning formats and evaluate their effectiveness
- Conduct needs analyses and derive targeted measures
- Contribute to strategic HR projects
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and annual performance reviews
- Analyze development needs and create individual target agreements
Requirements
- Solid knowledge in HR and organizational development or relevant experience as a people development specialist or consultant
- Degree in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration with a focus on HR, or Vocational Education — or an equivalent qualification
- Confident and goal-oriented design and facilitation of learning formats
- Confident handling of digital learning solutions and learning management systems (LMS)
- Structured project management and active support of change processes
- Clear communication, empathetic advising, and persuasive presentation skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented working style
- Good English skills and business-fluent German
- Self-initiative, service orientation, and enjoyment of collaboration
- Ideally, experience with systems such as Jira, Confluence, Sage, and online training tools
- Preferably additional qualifications in training, coaching, or organizational development
