About the role
- Accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding through development and retention to offboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related, labor law, and interpersonal matters
- HR administration, including contract management, certificates, and maintenance of the digital personnel file
- Develop HR initiatives such as training programs, talent management, and succession planning
- Responsible for HR compliance and HR controlling
- Support recruiting activities, especially creating job profiles and shaping a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and relevant legal frameworks
- Extensive experience in strategic and operational HR – ideally in an SME environment
- Proficiency with modern HR software solutions, ideally Sage
- Initial experience with Jira and Confluence for digital personnel management, process control, and documentation
- Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of targeted measures
- Knowledge in personnel development, recruiting, and employer branding
- Clear, empathetic, and audience-appropriate communication with employees, candidates, and managers
- Structured and solution-oriented working style, even in complex or sensitive situations
