About the role
- Active expansion of our partner network (e.g., franchise systems, banks, associations)
- Identification, targeted outreach and acquisition of new sales multipliers
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with decision-makers in associations, organizations and networks
- Organizing and conducting co-marketing initiatives (webinars, presentations, events)
- Developing concepts for sustainable partner retention
- Close collaboration with management and the sales team
Requirements
- Experience in business development or partner management, preferably for complex or consultative services
- Proven success in acquiring new business partners
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade decision-makers
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
- CRM experience is an advantage
