About the role
- Service and maintain a predefined established route
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised
- Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock to minimize waste
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends
- Participate in training and professional development
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous sales experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid Chauffer driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move product inventory (up to 50lbs)
- English language proficiency
