Requirements
- Hands-on full-stack software engineering depth
- Strong experience designing scalable, secure, cloud-native (Azure/AWS) and API-driven systems
- Proven technical leadership or solution architecture experience
- Practical expertise in modern engineering practices, including AI/ML integration, CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing
- Ability to influence decisions across teams without formal authority
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions to engineers, product/offer teams and executives
- Experience mentoring developers and improving engineering practices
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and finding pragmatic solutions under evolving requirements.
