About the role
- Lead the Service desk, incident handling and monitoring teams, own respective platforms and services
- Manage services development roadmap and team activities backlog
- Ensure necessary and up to date team competences
- Manage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services
- Ensure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your area
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors
Requirements
- Passionate for IT service quality management, fast yet secure and controlled service fullfillment
- Knowledgeable in IT service management methodologies
- Experienced as a leader for large IT team is a big plus
- Flexible and willing to take ownership
- Outgoing & positive team player
- Diligent, able to work in regulated environment
- Interested in building relationships in company and outside parties
- Able to inspire and motivate distributed teams
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
