About the role

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets from various sources
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Develop and implement basic machine learning models and algorithms under the guidance of senior data scientists
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous learning activities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of data science principles and machine learning concepts
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
