About the role

  • Successfully implement canton-level partnerships at both school and provider/authority levels and translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes
  • Build, maintain and expand strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and leverage up- and cross-selling opportunities to enable schools to gain the full benefit of our solutions
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and the Sales Support team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Lead onboarding, rollout and implementation of Pupil in schools and educational provider organizations
  • Organize and transparently document all activities in Salesforce to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide structured, practical feedback from the field to continuously improve products, processes and customer experiences

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills — you enjoy engaging with people
  • Strong IT affinity and the ability to confidently present digital solutions to diverse audiences
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success and long-term partnerships
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Team-oriented, proactive and hands-on work style — you take action and drive things forward
  • Confident use of Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for efficient work organization
  • Fluent in German (C2) and ideally with a good understanding of Swiss German; English skills are an advantage
  • Completed vocational training or university degree in business, education or a related field
  • Proven professional experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in digital education solutions
  • Experience with schools, municipalities or public-sector clients is a plus
  • Educational or teaching background is an advantage
  • Demonstrable track record of expanding and deepening customer relationships
