About the role
- Strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the Service Cloud solution
- Responsible for the holistic life cycle of developments: from introduction to implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation
- Breaking down requirements, documenting tasks and estimating efforts
- Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences
- Take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers
- Ensure an efficient support chain
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC components and declarative elements
- Solid experience developing complex functionalities with inbound / outbound integrations (REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, Bulk API…)
- Understanding of Salesforce Architecture, code best practices and design patterns
- Experience on international environments with complex implementations and high data volumes
- Experience with Agile methodology and fast adaptation to changing requirements and strong problem-solving skills
- English on a business level (B2 minimum), German is a plus
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus
