About the role
- Advise business owners and managing directors on how to attract new employees or contracts using our unique systems
- Independently book appointments with warm inbound leads who are ready for your call
- Pre-qualify prospects for consultations with our experts using our system validated thousands of times
- Participate in team meetings and handle minor administrative tasks
Requirements
- Clear German pronunciation and high energy
- Willingness to learn, performance-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous development
- Some experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales
- Ideally, experience working at an agency or in sales coaching
