About the role
- Support for global projects and tasks in the areas of process management, audit management, quality management, human rights, risk management and the internal control system within HR
- Organization and coordination of project-related tasks, including scheduling and document management
- Support for internal communications, e.g., preparing and following up on meetings and creating presentations
- Assistance in preparing communication materials for various stakeholders
- Contribution to administrative activities and the preparation of decision-making documentation
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in economics, business administration, business informatics, business law or a comparable field
- Interest in international project work, HR topics and data
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Analytical skills and a structured, careful working style
- Team player with commitment and reliability
- Proactive mindset and enjoyment of independent work
