About the role

  • Support for global projects and tasks in the areas of process management, audit management, quality management, human rights, risk management and the internal control system within HR
  • Organization and coordination of project-related tasks, including scheduling and document management
  • Support for internal communications, e.g., preparing and following up on meetings and creating presentations
  • Assistance in preparing communication materials for various stakeholders
  • Contribution to administrative activities and the preparation of decision-making documentation

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in economics, business administration, business informatics, business law or a comparable field
  • Interest in international project work, HR topics and data
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Analytical skills and a structured, careful working style
  • Team player with commitment and reliability
  • Proactive mindset and enjoyment of independent work
