About the role
- Conceptualizing, organizing and executing trade shows, customer events, webinars and internal company events
- Developing and implementing promotional concepts for events
- Planning, creating and managing advertising campaigns across various media
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with external service providers and partners, including coordination and management
- Supporting and optimizing the company website
- Project management and handling administrative processes
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and reporting of marketing activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in marketing, communications or event management
- Ideally some initial experience in planning and executing trade shows and events, as well as working with agencies, vendors and international teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-organization, project management experience and willingness to travel occasionally
- Service-oriented, creative and communicative personality
- Team player, flexible and hands-on mentality
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Good command of English
