About the role
- Lead 10–15 Schülerhilfe centers, including staff management
- Recruit and select employees
- Onboard, train and coach staff
- Ensure implementation of Schülerhilfe concepts
- Responsible for the area’s sales and results
- Budget control and accountability
- Implement ISO standards and ensure teaching quality
- Identify new locations for expansion
Requirements
- A solid vocational qualification and initial leadership experience
- Sales experience, ideally in multi-branch (chain) companies
- Strong communication skills with employees and customers
- Performance- and target-oriented team leadership
