About the role
- Drive our product vision and roadmap.
- Own and manage a clear and well-structured backlog with prioritized features and improvements.
- Own and drive our communication with internal and external stakeholders, improving shared processes and way-of-working.
- Safeguard our day-to-day operations of the monitoring and incident response functions.
- Coach and mentor team members to grow in their domains.
- Monitor the usage and impact of delivered features to guide future development.
- Responsible for the VSOC and PSIRT delivery in internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile setup
- A structured and communicative working style, with the ability to balance business goals and technical constraints.
- The ability to align stakeholders around a clear product vision and delivery roadmap.
- A good grasp of agile frameworks, and in facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Experience from the automotive industry
- Fluency in English is necessary; Swedish is a bonus.
- Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC or similar are beneficial.
