About the role
- Ensure all company operations and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance
- Lead and coordinate quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Identify issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance initiatives
- Generate and present comprehensive reports on quality performance
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Certifications in quality and compliance (e.g., CPHQ, CHC) are highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance monitoring and quality assurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate compliance data and identify areas for improvement
- Proven project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Required software skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams), Visio, and SQL
