About the role
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope
- Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members
- Identify quality gaps in the product we build
- Work with product teams to create a prioritised backlog of issues to be fixed
- Create schedules and timelines for projects together with Project Manager
- Assist Senior Project Manager
- Creatively remove blockers to allow product teams to meet new product and feature deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience with the following tools - Gmail, Numbers/Excel/Spreadsheet, Pages/Word/Docs
- Software documentation experience using one/some of the following - Trello, Jira, Asana, Monday, ClickUp
- Excellent collaboration, active listening, and communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to clearly convey information to both business and technical audiences
- Good English language skills
- Hands on experience with Mobile apps would be an advantage.
