- Build systems that improve internal productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Design and implement automated workflows for the application process
- Optimize workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and user experience
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to build efficient systems
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows for better performance
- Document systems and processes to ensure clarity, scalability, and team adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, or operations roles
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization and task automation
- Experience integrating workflows with CRMs, forms, and internal systems
