About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute core marketing operations tasks across web, email, and internal workflows
- Upload, format, and maintain content on the company website using WordPress
- Build and schedule email campaigns within the company’s CRM (e.g., Constant Contact or similar platforms)
- Own and manage marketing-related tasks within Asana
- Ensure smooth handoffs between contributors and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or execution-focused marketing roles
- Hands-on experience working within WordPress
- Experience with email marketing platforms or CRMs (Constant Contact or similar preferred)
