Manage the final stages of podcast production, ensuring episodes and related assets are ready for publishing.
Review completed podcast episodes for audio and video quality.
Identify missed edits, incorrect segments, and formatting inconsistencies.
Manage workflow from post-recording through final delivery across multiple episodes.
Organize and maintain all final content assets, including videos, clips, and production files.
Handle communication with guests for approvals and requests.
Make quick adjustments to content when issues arise before publishing.

What you’ll need

1 to 3 years of experience in content coordination, podcast production, or media operations.
Experience working with audio and video content workflows in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using editing tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for light editing tasks.
Strong written communication skills for guest coordination and follow-ups.
Ability to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
