About the role
- Manage daily execution and scaling of lead generation campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to implement improvements
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
- Support senior buyers by expanding testing and campaign variations
- Ensure timely reporting and communication within the team
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in digital marketing or paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta)
- Understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Analytical thinking and basic optimization skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset
- Ready to work in a hybrid format (2–3 days/week in Warsaw office)
