About the role
- Direct sparring and steering role alongside the executive management team (strategy, market prioritization, partner decisions, commercial roadmap)
- Build and scale a Europe-wide sales system for grid-relevant components, BESS (battery energy storage systems), wind and PV infrastructure
- Develop the European growth strategy, including positioning in key markets and identifying new business models
- Establish and develop high-caliber partner networks (project developers, EPCs, investors, grid operators, technology providers)
- Top-level business development to open new sales channels and industry collaborations
- Co-shape the product portfolio, supply chain strategy and procurement decisions at group level
- Analyze key market trends, regulation and technology developments and assess their impact on our strategic direction
Requirements
- European network architect with strong technical expertise
- Excellent German and English skills; additional European languages are a plus
- Completed degree (Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar)
- At least 5+ years of experience in the European energy sector, ideally in grid connection, BESS, EPC, wind or PV
- Established, resilient network with European project developers, EPCs and investors
- Proven experience building and scaling new sales channels or business lines
- Strong technical understanding of energy infrastructure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker and owner level
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality and hands-on attitude
