About the role
- Lead the sales organization within Southeast Asia and Taiwan to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales strategies
- Use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities
- Analyze SFDC data for assigned accounts to identify trends and track sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in driving sales in a highly technical environment
- Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in sales within the Life Science industry
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
