About the role

  • Lead the sales organization within Southeast Asia and Taiwan to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales strategies
  • Use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities
  • Analyze SFDC data for assigned accounts to identify trends and track sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in driving sales in a highly technical environment
  • Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in sales within the Life Science industry
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
