About the role

  • Support for 2nd level support
  • Support in the administration of the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, printers, communication systems, network components and software)
  • Management of the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Coordination and close collaboration with all IT infrastructure service providers
  • Point of contact and support for business units on IT infrastructure topics
  • Strategic, future-oriented development of our IT systems landscape
  • Management of smaller IT projects in close cooperation with service providers and business units
  • Participation in testing, updates, release changes and roll-outs of hardware and software solutions
  • Support in an international corporate environment

Requirements

  • Completed training in computer science/IT or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive knowledge in the following areas: Domain administration (Microsoft Active Directory)
  • Client and server operating systems (Microsoft; Linux is a plus)
  • Administration of Microsoft 365
  • Server virtualization
  • Coordination of service providers
  • Network and firewall technologies are a plus
  • Experience with label printing is a plus
  • Experience in an industrial production environment and project management is a plus
  • Good German and English language skills
