About the role
- Assigns and guides the work of a group of clerks
- Makes decisions on queries raised by subordinates
- Advises on the recruitment and development of staff
- Handles claims, renewals, new business, records, policy servicing, valuations, quotations and technical documentation
- Drive the strategy to obtain new business from existing and new brokerages
Requirements
- Matric Certificate of Wealth Management
- Diploma in Sales Management advantageous
- At least 5 years relevant experience within insurance industry
- At least 2 years in management role
- Computer Literacy skills
- Financial acumen
- Well-developed management and leadership practices
