  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and research while developing a strong understanding of their industry and hiring needs.

  • Account Relationship Management: Strengthen and grow client accounts through consistent communication, proactive needs assessment, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Recruiting Pipeline Ownership: Manage client and candidate pipelines by sourcing, screening, and maintaining organized CRM activity to ensure efficient, successful search execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development experience selling recruitment services.
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly and communicate value with clarity and confidence.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM proficiency and excellent follow-through.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of results.
  • Background in telecommunications, manufacturing, engineering, or technical sectors preferred.
