About the role
- Lead and develop our Production Unit to establish a world-class manufacturing site
- Ensure alignment with corporate strategies and operational plans
- Drive production performance and achieve financial targets
- Foster a culture of competence, motivation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with local laws, industry standards, relevant ISO certifications, and EHS requirements
- Continuously improve organizational capabilities and identify synergies across key areas such as production efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading production teams in industrial settings
- Understanding how to drive performance through clarity, engagement, and trust
- Ability to translate strategy into action
- Solid financial acumen to make smart, sustainable decisions
- Excellent skills in both Japanese and English, verbally and in writing
