About the role
- Develop and implement global procurement strategies for all technology-related spend categories, covering BAU and transformational initiatives.
- Align procurement goals with Sandoz’s strategic priorities, including digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Drive value creation through cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand technology needs and ensure procurement strategies meet evolving requirements.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to foster innovation, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, Master’s preferred.
- Fluent English mandatory, with excellence in speaking and writing.
- 10+ years in procurement within a multinational environment.
- 5+ years in leadership roles with global scope.
- Proven success in managing complex technology sourcing and transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management and leading through transformation.
